Adobe Performance Issues

In one of the requests, i have around 100 fields or more, quite a few of which are coming from standard tables.

I will have all kind of fields, Input fields/Drop Downs(say list of all the countries) and on select of country populate States and further populate cities for the selected state / Check boxes/Radios etc in the form.

Is it advisable to use Adobe form for such a request? I understand that there would be performance issue. I need to know about the SAP material stating how much would be the impact.

Please provide me pointers for some SAP material to go through to understand the issues.

Regards,

Nitin
