How to join data of (nested) tables into one row

Hi VC-experts,

the output of a service gives me a list of items each with a list of subitems

item1

subitem1

subitem2

item2

subitem1

subitem2

item3

...

VC allows me to show the items in one table and then the subitems in another connected but separatly displayed table. But what I need is a table with lines as follows:

item1 subitem1

item2 subitem1

...

Do you have a hint how to do that with VC?

Christoph,

You can create an application service from NWDS and implement the functionality required hence you can expose the service as a web service and use it in the VC.
