Yes,

the SAPOscol is running, and in the main screen of ST06 I can see the current values. The problem is only when I entered in "Details analysis menu" and then in "Filesystem" on Snapshot analysis.

Here, I don't see any value. I need this information to monitor the filesystem space on the disk drive.

Also in RZ20, the MTE of Filesystem is inactive and when I start the analysis tool I received this message:

"CCMS_OS_Analyze is not released"

I try to update the SAPOscol with a new patch but I have the same problem.

Could you help me??

Thanks

Go into the Filesystems node.

Select the file path and click on the properties button.

Click on the methods tab.

Double click the CCMS_OS_Analyze method field on the bottom.

Click on the release tab. Check to see if any of the execute method is checked. (Check analysis method).

Hi,

Pease check whether the service SAPOSCOL running at the OS level. Actually, this job is responsible to collect the data at OS level and push it to SAP and data can be viewed thru trx. ST06.

Pl reward points if it helps,

Thanks,

Yes,

the SAPOscol is running.

Only the parameter Filesystem is not valued...

Have you seen this note: [ST06/OS06: No data or incorrect data displayed|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/189072] There are some steps in there to see if Windows Server is feeding the file system information to SAPOSCOL.

Hope that helps.

Click the Operating System Collector (SAPOSCOL) button on top of ST06, does it show that it's running?
