I there some way of the vendor when receive a bid invitation acept or decline of the bid invitation?

Hi,

You can use BADI BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI for the vendor to decline a quotation request.

But if you want to accept or to reject a quotation as purchaser, you should follow the road that the friend above indicated.

Hi You can go to Bid Inviatation via Process Bid Invitation

and go to BIDDER/BIDERS and you can see the Bid Status

As you described I just can see if the bidders have sent cotations, I would like to know if there is some of the vendo confirm thar will participate of the process.
