Hi,

Here is the solution for this issue which we faced a while ago,

Keep your settings in Internet explorer in

Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy -->Advanced --> Accept all cookies and have a tick on Always allow session cookies.

Hi,

Thanks Sridhar, we could reslove that error but now we are gettin one more error , now condtion is like,

We do not have installed Trex server yet,

We could able to create and upload all catalogs. Also publication of catalog done. Now when we click on catalog for shopping screen that time it goes for time out error like

Time out during session , call SAP catalog search engine in SRM again.

Is it due to only unavailability of Trex or is there any thing more required here,

Please suggest,

Thanks,

NR.

Hi NR,

Please go thru this thread where my answers are there for the same type of issue.

Please verify those config in your system.

Hope yours is in an internally hosted catalog.

Try opening in new window and see. ( it depends on your standard or integrated call structure maintanence)

Best regards,

Sridhar.

Hi NR,

It is not possible to publish a CCM catalog without an installed TREX engine, it is TREX which generates the indexing for the catalog metadata ... are you sure it was ever published??

The error either means a) No SE (Published) version exists or b) The call structure to access the catalog is

incorrect.

Hi Naveet,

Please check the existenace and consistency of the catalog in the table /CCM/D_CTLG_REQ in the affected system. For published procurement catalogs you should have both a version in AI (Authoring environment) and SE (Search Engine) neither of which should have any entry in the field REQ_SENDER
