Effects of Incomplete SD Documents ?

Hi,

What are the effects of incomplete SD Documents (Transaction V.02) ? Blocked due to various reasons like delivery, pricing, billing etc..

any effects on material reservation etc....

Dear Rajiv

You cannot proceed further with incomplete documents unless you input the required datas. There is no meaning in having incomplete sale orders.

Hello,

If there is any serious impacts, the documents would have been already released. The main impact will be of sales revenue. Ultimately, the pupose of sales is to earn revenue, unless you raise the customer invoice you are not going to get the revenue. There will be minor impacts (it can be major also in business point of view) in KPI. They may analyse the customer promise date and the actual delivery date or not delivered on time ...etc

Hi,

It will not have any impact as per my understanding.As the document is incomplete so the reservation should not come into picture.
