Hi,

I need to develop Universal Worklist in Enterprise Portal 6.0.

I am not getting the Universal Worklist Administrator Configuration iView.

The same thing is coming in EP 7.0.

Do we need to install any extra patch?

Hi

Please check the roles assigned to your login name.

OR please login with Administrator and then check you have the option or not.

Hi,

I am not getting the Control Center User role (cc_user) in Enterprise Portal.

Also, I am not getting Every User Core (eu_core_role) roles.

Hi

Try out with administrator role or simply use the user-id Administrator to check and configure UWL.

Or I would say atleast add the role eu_core_role to your user -id.

You would get that.

There is not any individual thing to install for UWL to work.
