How can i remove status profile from inspection lot?

Dear all,

In the creation of inspection lot we see user status, can it be come from material?

I am not able to remove that staus. I checked that inspection type this user status is not assigned.

Can anybody tell from where it is coming?

Please check in below mentioned path for User Status Profile Defination:

QM-> Quality Inspection-> Status Management-> Define Status profile

If you dont fine any status here,

then there must be some Selection Profile existing.

Please check it in the same Node : Define Selection Profile

Also, you can check in Details of the Active Status how it is influencing your materials.

It is not directly influenced by material but it will be influenced by Usage decision change or Follow up action, etc.

This is indirectly influenced from material with the settings in QM view for active inspection. Kindly compare QM settings for both the materials which are having and not having user status.

But exact data can be obtained by Status profile defination.

If u want delete staus profile permanently then to spro- quality mangement--quality inspection -

select ur inspection type and remove the assigned status profile

Dear,

I want to know one more thing that if inspection type is assigned to any status profile than if I create any lot for the same inspection type than this profile should be there.

Actually I am looking into the system that same inspection type and different material one is having status profile and one is not. What can be reason behind this?
