Hi all,
I have built up an XI system and configured an IDOC to IDOC scenario between two SAP Systems. After completed all configuration necessary:
1. Configuration on Source Side (SAP System that send IDOC) and on Target Side (SAP System that receive IDOC) is OK.
2. SLD is OK: Technical System and Business System are correct for these two SAP System.
3. Integration Repository: all designed Object is OK.
4. Integration Directory: all configuration is OK. "Test Configuration" Function is OK.
5. Runtime WorkBench: is OK. "Test Message" Function of "Integration Server" is OK.
In general, it is all OK.
But when i send an IDOC from SAP System Sour Side (Outbound IDOC from Source Side is OK), on the XI server i can't see any message in Tcode SXI_MONITOR. In this case, my XI server didn't receive any IDOC Message from this Source Side, and so that my XI server can't process and exchange any IDOC sent from Source Side.
Anyone can please help me to explain this problem: why my XI server can't receive any IDOC message from SAP System Source Side when all configuration is OK? Do anyone see the same case as this case?
Thanks a lot for all in advance,
Best regards,
Vinh vo
Hi
check below steps it will help full
1. check idoc status (status should be 03)
2. check partner profile outbound configuration and ports
3. check rfc remote logon ( if login is success mean idoc will be reach to xi, at the time of login asking any user id & paswd mean idoc can't reach it is stuck up in r3 end only)
3. check rfc destination ( some times due to authorizaton problem idoc can't reach to xi, xi user should be service that time xi can receive idoc
4. check idx1 & idx2 configurations
5. check receiver idoc channel parapters and RFC configurations in xi.
6. check receiver r3 partner profile inbound

Hi all,
The SAP System Source Side is OK when send IDOC to XI server (i have checked in SMQ1, SM58, WE02, ...). But on XI server side, in IDX5, nothing displayed and in SMQ2, nothing queue.
Anyone have other solution or explanation, please help me?

Theoretically message couldnt be lost between SAP and XI. Last point of SAP system is sm58. So if the message is not present there (and present in we02), then it must be in XI. Now XI takes it into its queue first and then delivers it to idx5 and moni. So the possible places are smq1, smq2. Before that metadata of idoc is checked through idx2 which can be reloaded manually for testing its correctness. Also the authorization from R3 RFC destination should be checked.

hi,
from R/3 side
check the t.code we05/02 whether idoc has been sent
(Check the time at which idoc has been sent)
successfully or not . check the status(03-data passed to port)
check SM58 t.code
from XI SIDE
check t.code IDX5 .

Hi
Check in PI Box : Tcode : idx5
u can see outbound / inbound idoc to u r PI BOX.
Well if u r not seeing , have u imported u r IDOC to IDX2 , check if it is there., better try to re-import and check.

Hi,
Did u test pushing idoc using we19?
If it is showing successful , check SM58.
Ur user Id might not have permission for that .
