Hi, I'm trying to get the installation package for ITS 620, patch level 17 for windows. We have a specific problem with a custom service that seems related to differing patch levels.
Dev/Test ITS is at patch 19 & production is at patch 17. To prove the point we would like to run up a temp server with patch 17, test the service, then update to patch 19 & test again. This way we will know if it is a problem with service or ITS patch level & work out a way forward.
Problem is I don't have the installation for 620 patch 17 anymore! Plus SAP only have patch 19 & 20 listed for download on SWDC. I tried to get the patch 17 installer via OSS message but things didn't work out (long story).
Can anyone help?
