Hi,
when i want to sell a product which belongs to my sister concern ie a diff company code under the same company name we can assign our sales org to a plant of diff comp code and do it.. which is nothing but inter company sales. here the del takes place from the plant of second comp code.

Yes.. you can very well sell the product manufactured by a plant from a company code through a sales organisation which belongs to another company code. This process is called intercompany sales process.
Important point which need to notice is that the combination of sales organisation and distribution channel should be assigned to the plant through IMG-Enterprise structure-Assignment-sales and distribution-Assign sales org -distribution channel-plant.

That is what you do in intercompany sales process. The delivering plant will be of different company codes's and the sales organisation belongs to another one.

Yes, it is possible and it is called as intercompany sales.
In that particular material master the delivering plant for that material will be part of different company code.
While create the sales order you give the sales area of the customer and the material and if you double click on the line item and goto shipping tab then you will see the plant from the different company code.
It is very much possible.

Its Possible. That is why we assign Sales Line i.e. The combination of Sales Org and Distribution channel to Plant.
