Hello all,

when i accessing live cache.

so i am getting the DB Instance CreateObject

error.

Error : Connect timeout

Error Message : Could not connect within 25 seconds

please assist for this.

=> Could you please update the thread with additional information:

• What transaction did you run to access the live cache?

• Are you running on SCM system? What version?

• What is the version/SP of the SAP Basis on your system?

• What is the version/type of the database on your system?

• What is the version of SAP kernel?

• What OS do you have on the application server?

Hi,

I think you can also check the db connection(whether it is fine or not)

by executing r3trans from the command prompt on server with sidadm user.

Please start transaction DB59 and execute the connection test to see why the system can´t connect.
