when i create DN, normally batch determination can be done automatically. however, because of authorization failure, some of the user ID failure to get the batch automatically in deliveyr note. pls advice. thanks
Tell the user to run SU53 for authorisation check in delivery. Consult your BASIS expert with SU53 report. He may be able to find the missing authorisation and do the needful with approval.
Do you / anybody have authorisation to do the same (batch determination in delivery) , then compare the user profiles and authorisation of that username and the person's who doesn't have authorisation.
