Message has Error Status on Outbound Side in MONI

Hi All,

This is File----Idoc Scenario,

i have triggered 500 Files and out of those 240 are Error state at Outbound side in MONI. and not reached these 240 messages to R/3

I Just seen some Error messages in SM58 by saying that System Error Lock Table Overflow

So I just deleted the entries from SM58 and Automatically the Outbound status has been changed to success.

The thing is even the Outbound message status turned into Success also the mesages are not come to SAP R/3

What could be the problem and how to get the data for these 240 messages???

Now we are in Production

hi

1) increase the size of the lock table via parameter

enque/table_size

2) or increase the enque work processes from 1 to 2 or 3

via parameter rdisp/wp_no_enq

Hi,

I have increased those parameters a long back .

But the thing is , these messages are not reached to SAP R/3 after i delete the entries from SM58 , what could be the problem.

Hi,

When you delete the entries the messages will be in schdule status in "SXI_MONITOR" and also check in the "SMQ2"......

Hope you can get the messages and also if u have the idoc numbers then u check the idoc in the transaction "IDX5"......

And as i said Once i deleted the entries from SM58, in MONI the outbound status has been turned from RED to Success also.

I havent seen any entries in SMQ1/ SMQ2/ SM58 now

But the problem is those not reached to R/3
