iam a production engineer with 2 years experience in industry and working now iam working as a junior business analyst in SAP SCM. can anyone tell me what is the courses i can study or books i can read to empower me in this field and what is the track i can follow?

You can go through SAP training on SCM It covers the following topics n courses

SCM 601 Processes in LE

SCM 630 WM

SCM 631 Additional topics in WM

SCM 610 Delivery Processes

Also consider,

SCM 510 Inventory Management

All this together will give you a strong grasp on SAP SCM.
