There are no actions in the worklist

Hi Experts,

I created normal correction in solution manager but i don't get acitions in action status.

when i presshed action button then i got a message 'THERE ARE NO ACTIONS IN THE WORKLIST'.

what should i do?

please reply me as soon as.............

Nidhi,

1. Check the error button on the top right of the ticket.

2. When you a create a normal correction you have to provide an IBASE Entry in the IBASE field of the Change Document.

Check whether it is copied correctly to normal correction doc.

Now If you are using the standard status and action profile for normal correction the actions will appear.

The actions are visible based upon the conditions conf in TCode - crmc_action_conf.

Note If you are able to create the normal correction then you ibase is correct.It means you already have an active maintenance cyclein the system for this IBASE.

when i execute this t-code -crmc_action_conf. it gave a short dump.

just wondering if you know sap note number for that.

Dear Nidhi,

1.Is is a prod client?

2.R u doing in Dev.........if yes then do.have you all the access and authorization req...........

Also do one thing try from spro.....

SAP Solution manager->adv config->service desk->define action profile->change action & conditions->executte define conditions.

If the same dump occurs post that here so that we can get some more information.

Hey Nidhi,

Ensure the following:

1) Ibase and component of the Correct Production System is Maintained.. I hope CHARM is configred corectly for the Respective Ibase....

2) Ensure that the Document is not in Error Status or Warning status.....

there are no errors or warning messages in document

but i am not sure for ibase and component how to check it.if it is not correct how to create it.
