SLDAPIUSER is getting locked repeatedly. This was the issue. Now working fine.

Hi,
Check like this.
1. Configured connnection to the SLD in SLDAPICUST using the XIAPPLUSER
(Just re-enter the username and password again in sldapicust, and save again.
)
2. Configured the RFC connection SAPSLDAPI in SM59 and in the Admin Tool on the J2EE side
3. Restarted the J2EE from the transaction SMICM in XI and also went to Visual Admin tool and check the connections where in we agin get the error saying "Error Connecting Integration Server to SLD"
4. when we try to log on tthrough the URL
http://<Server Name>:50000/sld/admin/index.jsp it asks for the username and password and further upon authentication allows the access of SLD without any problem.
5. Addition check transaction LCRSERVADDR to be sure that there are no entries.
6. Check if user XIAPPLUSER is disabled/locked.
I hope its works.

hi,
Solution manager is not connecting to SLD, But SLD is running
RFC connections are Successful
if i call SLDCHECK transaction, its asking for user name and password in browser.
( i logged into SLD page using j2ee_admin user, i can see SLD is running)
In Solman its displaying below data for sldcheck transaction code
-
Exchange Infrastructure: Test LCR Connection
Properties of RFC destination SAPSLDAPI
RFC host:
%%RFCSERVER%%
program id: sapsldapi_DSM
gateway host:
demetersm
gateway service: sapgw00
Testing the RFC connection to the SLD java client...
RFC ping was successful
SLD server access settings:
host name: demetersm.ngc.corp
port number: 50000
user : SLDAPIUSER
Use transaction SLDAPICUST if you wish to maintain the SLD server access data
Launching the SLD GUI in a separate browser window...
=> Verify in the browser GUI that the SLD is in a healthy running state!
Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS
Retrieving data from the SLD server...
Function call returned exception code 4
=> Check whether the SLD is running!
Summary: Connection to SLD does not work
=> Check SLD function and configurations
Now checking access to the XI Profile
RFC destination LCRSAPRFC does not exist
=> Create the RFC destination by using transaction SM59!
