CCMS [ACTION_REQUIRED] Message

Hi,

In R/3 system NW2004 I setup CCMS with auto-recation method such as DialogResponse Time, alert is changed color RED, and keep saying Action Req.

Hi! T,

I have faced same issue when network went down, but system were UP. No alerts from solution manager and RZ20 shows Status as ACTION_REQUIRED.

Solution - Rebooted the solution manager server system which fix all the issues and alerts status changed to Active.
