Is there a way where one can deactivate SNP PPMs programatically i.e. through function module or any other way ?

To programmatically do it, one would need to use the combination of FMs such as
/SAPAPO/PPM_DEACTIVATE_PLAN
/SAPAPO/PPM_GET_PLAN
/SAPAPO/PPM_SAVE_MAINTAINANCE
/SAPAPO/TR_PPM_GET
/SAPAPO/PPM_CHECK_PLAN
/SAPAPO/TR_TRPMOD_SAVE
