Hi Suresh,

The adapter engine uses the messaging system to log the message at every stage, this log is called audit log.The audit log shows the life cycle of message.

To view the audit log-->

RWB> Component montitoring> adapter engine> communication channel monitoring> click on use filter---> click on the message id

This will give the complete log of the message. if the message has failed anywhere, you can get the status there.

Thanks & Regards,

Bharath.

HI

AUDITLOG: In RWB, you can have Message Monitoring and Component Monitoring.

In Message Monitoring, we can find the the message with status and in "Audit Log" we can have a complete log of processing done for that message. And in Compnent Monitoring, you can find the statuses of all components in Integration Server.

Hi,

IF you could help. Sometimes we are unable to see the audit logs on some messages.

Could someone tell me what might be the cause of the missing audit logs in the adapter engine?

thanks,

Dao

Hi,

Using Audit log u can view what is happened in Adapter Engine for your message. It will give step by step status.

You can view audit log in RWB.

Audit log provides all the details about the message flow through the adapter engine. This can be used to understand where exactly the message is stuck or how much processing is complete within adapter engine.
