How can i got through Easy Access Screen....

Use tcode J1iLN in for SAP Easy Access: India Localisation Menu.
And explore the Easy Access Menu. We will find all the path & items related to India Localisation.

Goto J1ILN--->Indirect Taxes->Sales/Outbound movements>For Sales Order>outgoing excise inv create/change/display
Above transaction is Area menu...
You can use for all CIN related activities..
