steps to modify a standard smartform.How can i find the standard smartforms.

First copy the standard smartform in to z or y form .then u can update the information wherever u want .

hi.

just go to the tcode for that u need to display data in smartforms. suppose u need to show a smartforms for sales order quotation than for this t-code is va02(display sales order).

go to this t-code and in first screen in menu bar 'sales document' > issue output to> search for

output message type. for sales it is 'BA00'.

Go to t-code NACE. select application v1 (sales).

click output type in standard tool bar.

you will see many output types. select the one as 'BA00'.

Double click on processing routine. u will get standard driver program name with standard smartforms. here u will get from routine also. it is the part of standard driver program which is resposible to trigger smartforms.

Hi,

We need to copy the Standard smart form and its' driver program in 'Z' types repectively.

But inorder to trigger our Zmsartform for a given applicaiton or Tcode then we need to configure it in the NACE.

To search for standard Smartforms:

1> Go to Transaction Code SMARTFORMS

2> Give a * in the field and do an F4
