Asscess to certain feilds in Sales Order

Hi Friends,

I am SD consultant i need you all help for authorization.

I want control the users authorization like when one user creating say sales order so he should enter only following fields.

1) Sold to Party

2) Ship to Party

3) PO number

4) PO Date

5) Material code

6) Plant

7) Batch

other fields he should not touch and if he/she does he should get massage that you are not authorized to touch particularly pricing.

So please help me how to solve this issue.

Hi Srinivas,

Please ask your security admin to device a role with the list of transaction you / the users will use.

He/She might already know the objects like V_VBKA_VKO,

V_VBRK_FKA, V_VBAK_AAT etc which are checked and can probably take your inputs and you both can accomplish what you need.
