Please Advice,

Hi,
i agree with Rich but I use to go to
--> SAP Support Packages
On this site you'll find the schedule of the packages.
Here you'll also be able to generate a report on known side effects on SAP Notes.
If you want to see the details (concerned objects, related notes, etc.) you have to go to the details of a specific package.
Regards
Juergen

For example you want to know details about the SP 50 of Application of SAP R/3 4.6C (SAPKH46C50):
1. Either search the package (at the left navigation side via: Search for Support Packages and Patches) or try to find them through the other sections.
2. If you got the result you click on the link with the description of the package, e.g.
000001 SAPKH46C50 R/3 Support Package 50 for 4.6C
3. There you can find the requested information by clicking one of the buttons

Dear Jurgen,
Thanks for the help.
I have a way to find a support package info, but all I got are:
Download | SAP Notes | Package Info | Object List
This are the options. Sap notes show about 300 notes of problems that are fixed in the specific package. "Package info" and "Object List" contain not relevent information for me.
I am searching information about "what have changed", for example:
"Support package SAPKB46C51 changes transaction PFCG ..."
and so on.
Do you know where can I get this information ?
Please Advice,
Dimitry Haritonov
Hi Dimitry,
1. Run Transaction SPAM.
2. Then selection the option from 'Directory' box.
- New Support Packages or Imported Support Packages in whichever group your SP exist.
3. From the list, select SP and Select Go To-> Object List or Press 'F2'. You will find a complete list of objects that is covered in the SP.
Hope it help you.

PS: Please consider rewarding points for helpful answers on SDN. Thanks in advance!
Hello everyone,
I got answer from SAP that:
Support packages are fixes for program errors. Any other changes (like transaction change after importing) ARE NOT DOCUMENTED !
I've asked the guy from sap to promote my message further for changing this policy. I hope someday things like whis will be documented.
Anyway thanks to all of you.
Best Regards,
Dimitry

Hi Yuvraj,
Welcome to SDN!!
Some of the real time issues you can have in SD:
- wrong acount assignment of invoices, it think this is a
high prio issue
- the same product can have different SD orders, there may be breakdown and costing for one order and not for
another of same product.
- some performance issues while trying to delete sale documents, agreements etc.
- after creation and billing of SD, you cannot reverse it
- SD invoices not being transferred to accounting/Fi-CA,
this can be a very serious issue.
There can be several issues regarding SD, but these may just give you an idea.

Srikishan
