Dear all,

How could put the inspection lot when am creating Quality Notification (QM01) becuase i cannot see the inspection lot field in the "reference document tab" it only included Purchasing Doc and Material Doc as reference i want to reference my QN in INSPECTION LOT. in some other QN i see there exist INSPECTION LOT field. how could it make this appear in QM01? Please guide me.

hi also you have option to go with QF01 t-code,

her you can record defects types and actvate notification against the inspection lot.

HI

you will get QM notification with Inspection lot refernce when you create defects while you are recording results.

when you enter the defects , system will give you option to crate notification, in this process system will auotmaticlly, lot will assign to notification.

other wise if you craete from QM01 you wont get.

Hi John,

As far as i understand you need a Link between QN and Inspection lot?

If this is your requirement, then generate an Inspection lot and then Create a notification with reference to this Inspection lot this will Have an automatic link with Quality Notification and Inspection Lot.
