Portal Configuration Issue

Dears,

We have EP 6.0 on HP-UNIX with Oracle 9i database. We have two system landscape and EP servers are mapped to our SAP 4.7 servers.

Now the issue is that on production server when we login in ESS and go to calander and other options it shows the data because it get automatically login into our PRD R3 4.7 server.

but in similar way when we login in devlopment server and click on calander option it asks for username and password so i am thinking there is some configuration missing or some issue in user mapping

on our development server.

Please suggest.

Deepak

Hi,

To add information,

In User Administration->user mapping on right side in systems options I see two systems available WebEx and <hostname_usermapping> in production system while on devlopment i see only WebEx there.

How can i find that where these systems are created in portal contents.

And as I am feeling to resolving the issue i have to first create a system then provide it Alias and then set user mapping parameters there.

Please suggest.

Deepak
