I have a issue on contracts

I am preparing value contracts

I have a value contract of 10000 when i realease orders of 10000 system upd. realease value in contract

But now if i change my contract amount to 5000 it allows me to do it and the realease value is still 10000

I dont want this to happen or any ither way this can be controlled

Once if you released it is not possible to change 5000.

Already the value is released.

Thanks but thats only my problem system is allowing to change it to 5000 and i dont want that to happen how to do this

Hi,

You can try in item category control fields there u can find value contract if u want to stop more than the value u can give error message in that field

Hi

Can you pls try this. In your copy control customization can you pls carry out these changes and run one process and check.

First select the Update document flow field in document flow control in SD Customizing using the following menu path: Sales and Distribution --> Sales --> Maintain copy control for sales documents --> Copy control: Sales document to sales document.

Once this is done pls maintain the completion rule as 'D'.

Now carry out one process and check. Hope this helps.

In the copy control is the value for Pos./neg. quantity + ??

and is the document flow getting updated
