Hi,
I need to cancell a billing doc. First in VF11 i cecelled the invoice. It is a service related invoice so no delivery was happened.Whe i try to delete the sales order in VA02 the system is not allowing me.Shows the messege This document ca not be deleted.
How can i cancell the sales order

Dear gupta,
yes , you can not delete sales order in this case .
Goto header - shipping and put a delivery block for this order.
or
Goto item - status - select the reason for rejection .
Suggesstion : It is always sugessted to keep delivery block or reject the order , sothat you will get the record for reference in future.

in this You cannot delete the sales order, you can put reason for rejection.
then only it will not appear iin your sales order list report.

Dear Debashish,
As you have already created the invoice for the sales order & again cancelled the same, it means further document already exists for the sales order, same way some accounting entry also exist in SAP.
So you can not delete the sales order, rather you can block the order by applting some delivery block & Billing Block

You can't cancel the Sales Document in Std SAP..
You can able to delete Sales Doc only if subsequent doc is not created..
Here you created Billing doc & Cancelled..So 2 subsequent document is created(See doc flow)..So you can't able to delete the document..
