Optimize transportation

Hi all,

Can we control capacity of trucks, trains or ship, ... in SAP? Pls kindly show me how to do?

hi,

Yes, We can control capacity of truck,train or ship by maintaining weight group in:-

1.IMG- Logistic Execution-Transportation-Routes-Route Determination-Define Weight Groups.

2.Then Maintain Route determination with Weight Group.In this Assign Weight Group with relevant transportation group.

3. Maintain Route and stages in which we assign relevant shipping types(Truck,Train & Ship).
