Hi all

We are using SRMMDM Catalog 2.0SP01 Content 51032915

Steps:

1) Open de URL: http://mdmmty03:50000/SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM

2) Type server's name: mdmmty03 (pass: blank)

3) Choose repository: CatalogCSC

4) Type user's name: Admin (pass: blank)

5) Press Enter

6) System crash (error below)

Note1: All the applications in the portal are in status: STARTED (we restart all of them)

Hi,

After deploying the two sca files on the WebAS ,restart the WebAS.(this seems to be WebAS error)Then using URL http://J2EE server:Port/SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM

Enter MDM server,Password

Then enter user as Master(or any user that has role UI configuration Manager) and password,ul move to next screen of configuration.

Hello Jose,

In addition to Mandeep,

Also try to login with user as Master ans pwd as blank.

Also check in the SRM-MDM Repository, whether this user has the role as "UI Configuration Manager" assigned to it or not.

In your case, if you are using the user as Admin then you can assign the role for the UI Configuration Manager then try to login.

Hi,

It could be because of Version Mismatching. Please refer the SAP Note-1083126 for version mapping of SRM-MDM CATALOG 2.0.

Also, deploy the following files in listed order:

1. SCA file with API and Connector (File Name: MDMJAVAAPIXX_X.sca)

2. SCA file for search and configuration UI (File Name: SRMMDMCATXX_X.sca)
