Work Center setup - Page cannot be displayed

Hi folks,

We are using SAP Solution Manager 7.0 SP 16.

Problem: When I go to the transaction # Solman_workcenter I am getting "The page cannot be displayed"

In the SPRO under Basic Setting ->

Scenario Specific Setting ->

work Centers-> I activated Solution Manger Services successfully. As a best practice, I copied all the standard roles to Z roles and added copied Z:SAP_SMWORK_BASIC and Z:SAP_SMWORK_IMPL. to standard roles.

Just to let you know that all the z comp roles of AC, BC, TC ...working fine when i directly using the transactions.

Only problem is with the Transaction # Solman_Workcenter

Do you have any suggestions ?

Hi Mark

As per Raguraman if any proxy server is using in your organization we have to Bypass setting in your browser

Open your browser and go to Tools->Internet Options->Connections Tab-> LAN Settings->Advanced->Exceptions add the IP address or host name in Exceptions as Ragu said

Check Bypass proxy for local addresses in LAN Settings

Hi,

Are you behind proxy?

If you are behind proxy make bypass proxy entry for solman in your browser.

EG:- hostname; 156.4.2.5;

in your bypass proxy entries, then try.

This will solve your problem.

Feel free to revert back.

I am facing the same error. Can you share the solution in detail to the problem.

I do not have a Basis background and unable to infer the suggestion given by Ragu.
