Deployment failed in sap.com/BI_MMR

Hi Everybody,

I am updating the Soluton Manager 7.0 SP15 to SP16

I have done kernel(146) and JSPM version(15) update to latest level

After that started deployment from JSPM (14 to 15), some of archives are deployed and after that sap.com/BI_MMR failed with below error (after failing in BI_MMR, deployment stopped for remaining archives)

I am struck here.

Please let me know, how to proceed.

Hi

This may work for you

Goto Configtool and the change safemode=No and check for J2EE_ADMIN user is locked (if ABAP is there), check also J2EE_ADMIN user password. if password is correct .

Then goto SDM and select archives and Start the deployment.

Try this.

Can you check your J2ee_admin user name and password in the ume secure store in the config tool its says its not correct and also after reseting the password you need to restart the cluster and also if you have a backend system where you can logon and check the j2ee_admin passowrd it would also help and also when ever JSPM fails it turn your j2ee engine into safe mode so to proceed and apply the jspm you need to bring back the j2ee into normal mode even this you have to do from the configtool.

so first change/check your j2ee_admin password and then change the j2ee mode to normal both to be done in configtool and a restart is a must for these.
