SYSTEM_CORE_DUMPED on bid comparison

Hi!

Whenever we try to do the bid comparison, the system is presenting and "time out error" on Web screen and dump on SRM :

Errores tiempo ejec. SYSTEM_CORE_DUMPED

Fecha y hora 28.07.2008 15:48:33

Process terminated by signal 11.

Error in the SAP kernel.

The current ABAP "SAPLBBP_BID_EVAL" program had to be terminated because the

ABAP processor detected an internal system error.

Does anybody faced a similar problem?

I provide this SAP note 846797 to basis team and then they adjust the parameters...now its working

Hi Rodrigo,

Please ask your basis team to change the server profile parameter( Ztta/diag_area) value to 500000. Problem should get resolved. We had a similar issue and after making the above changes now bid comaprison is working fine.
