how we can find how many users paticular transaction has used

Is there a way to find out how many times this report/transaction ZMMNA173 has been executed/run in 2008? And how many different users have used it?

I agree with Srihari's answer, but be aware that the data from ST03N is aggregated after a while and some reports / transactions are "merged" in their names before the aggregation, so it will not work perfectly for all reports / transactions.

Regarding your other question (which is slightly different, but similar enough that it should have been asked in the same question to avoid misunderstandings), the answer is the same, except(!) that the ST03N will not tell you whether starting the report or transaction was infact successfull...

The correct tool for that job is the Security Audit Log (transaction SM20(N) etc).

PS:

In ST03/ST03N ->

Select "Expert Mode"->

Click "TOTAL"->

Select the "Month" folder (here you have check month wise) ->

In the bottom left frame (Analysis view), select "Transaction Profile"->

under this select "Standard" (double click)->

In the right frame you will find the list of Transactions/Report names.

Down load the data into Excel file. Repeat the process for all the months. you can consolidate all the files and find the number of times a particular Transaction is used.
