Hi,
I configured SCOT for the first time, and I'm able to send mails from the sap inbox. But when I look at SOST,The status of the message is on 'delivery attempted', even when the mail is sent and received by the user.
What did I do wrong ?

It's solved, the system waited for a receipt from the user. Once I putted this parameter on off, everything's fine...

We do have the same problem in SOST "Recipient xxxatabc.com is valid.Delivery Attempted".
Emails are not sent to the external users.
seems like you already found the solution for this. please assist

How do you mean, a copy of the message ?
The status displayed by SAP is :
Recipient xxx.xxxatxxx.xxx Is Valid.
Delivery Attempted
the icon is grey, and doesn 't turn green...
No, even after a refresh, the status stays on 'attempt delivery'...
What soes the status text button show when clicked?
Are you sure if it is the same message that was received by the user and not a duplicate of the same.
make sure the status "Sent" is chosen in the end Status tab in the SOST transaction.

Did you refresh the sost screen after some time?
Does it change the status after you refresh the screen?
