Error during SP 16 installation

Hi,

I want to import the file "SAPKB70014" with transaction "SPAM". After 1 hours duration of the import process I get following error:

"Field CTCS_File_Transfer_PER Stream" is unkonwn. It is neither in one of the specified tables nor definied by a data statement."

I can not start transaction "se38" or the abap-editor.

Can anybody help me please?

i have the same problem with SAPKB70014 and the same error message. Has anybody a solution for that?
