I have one question to you...

When can I run report: RSXMB_SHOW_STATUS I see:

Table Container: SXMSPMAST

Number of Messages to Be Archived in Client: 0

How can I clean, delete messages with status 003???

When I use SXMB_ADM -> Define Interfaces for Archiving and Retention Periods - here I settings all my interfaces and right period (according to documentation) ! Next I run: SXMB_ADM -> Schedule Archiving Job

Unfortunately when this job enden, any messages are not delete from the SAP XI

Can you help me??

Hello Rafal,

Can you tell me how many retention period days you have set ?

Also, have you set-up the switch procedure or not ? (sxmb_adm --> configure delete procedure)

If switch procedure is activated, make sure that in your deletion job in sm37, there is this second step :

RSXMB_TABLE_SWITCH

First: switch procedure is disabled, I use simple deletion procedure...

My retention are following (default):

XML Messages Without Errors Awaiting Deletion 1

XML Messages Without Errors Awaiting Archiving 1

XML Messages with Errors Awaiting Deletion 1

XML Messages Without Errors Awaiting Deletion 0

History Entries for Deleted XML Messages 30

What I must change??

Rafal,

Do you want to archive these messages or just delete them ?

If you want to delete them, try running in se38 report RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES, it should tell you how many messages it has deleted.

Should you wish to archive them, this is scheduled in sxmb_adm --> Schedule Archiving job

Hi

Early I use sxmb_adm --> Schedule Archiving job when i want archive old docuemts. Unfortunately this job ended after 0 sometimes 1 sec. Archiving dont work correct - every time collect 0 documents!! I don't know what is wrong?

Now I run RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES report! Where can I check which messages are deleted, where I find any log?

RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES leave messages according to period which i defined in sxmb_adm -> Define Interfaces for Archiving and Retention Periods that is:

If I deleted some messages where can I refresh tables statistic (SXMB_ADM -> Schedule Archiving Job -> Archive Administration -> Database Tables) - I could see any changes...
