Using shipment document using tc VT01N

Dear Friends,

Need your suggestion for the following scenario,

Finshed Goods: Rebars,Wire Rod,Rebars in Coil

Process of Despatch:

Open sales orders are available in SAP

Inventory of the finished material is available in SAP.

Gate Pass needs to issue at security gate in which Dirver name,vehicle no,entry date and entry time needs to capture.This gate pass is given to the driver.

Driver goes to the Loading planner with above gate pass. Loading planner prepars Initial Loading Plan.This Initial Loading plan will have the information such as Customer name/Customer number/sales order number/material number/material description/quantity to be loaded (Quantity is mentioned in bundles and one bundle = 2 Tonnes Aprox) on the vehicle.Print out of the initial loading order is given to the driver.

Driver goes to the weigh bridge and tare weight of the vehicle is noted and mentioned on the Initial Loading order.

Driver goes to the respective loading section and as per initial loading order bundles are loaded on the vehicle.

Vehicle again comes to the weigh bridge for the gross weight.( Actual Weight = Gross weight - Tare weight)

Delivery document is created as per actual weight.

Driver gives back Initial Loading Order slip and goes with Delivery Document/Exit gate pass/Mill Test Certificate.

Can we achieve this thru creating shipment document ( Using TC VT01N)? If yes please explainn me how to configure the system and how to create shipping document?And how to create the delivery document?What should be the sequenec for creating shipping and delivery document.
