Client Specific STMS configuration

Hi Gurus;

How can we configure client specific STMS

For eg;

Development Request from client 300 goes to Client 300 in quality client 300 and from Development 400 goes to Qulaity Client 400.

Dev(300)>Quality(300)>Production

Dev(400)>Quality(400)>Production
