Transport requests complaince

Hi Team,

Could you pls let us know the procedure to check whether the Transport requests of Client X in DEV 4.6 C System and PRD 4.6C System are complaint or not ie:Data and co files are similar or not..

This is because we want to transfer the DEV Data to our new ECC DEV System.

Thank you for ur quick reply..

Those tables will help us to know info about logging changes to change requests.

since we have about 5000 of change requests how can we make sure that we have exactly the same number and same Transport requests of PRD System in Dev system..

Hi,

My understanding goes like this: (correct me if am wrong)

1. You have DEVK90001 - DEVK90800 (example)

2. Now you want to check whether all the 800 requests have moved to production

Right?

If so, you can take the extract of E070 from both the Dev and Prod systems and do a compare (may be take the help of MS Excel or any other spreadsheet utilities).

Many cases, couple of TR's will be created for $tmp, others may not have moved from DEV for any reasons. So the number of Requests in Dev may differ from Prod.

I would like to know the purpose for which you require this. Please let us know.
