Hi. Can i know where to download the SAP NetWeaver '04 Web Application Server Java 6.40 SP1, or
higher? Please advise.

If you are taliking about the software. You can download the same as shown below
http://service.sap.com/swdc
In the left panel clink download -> Installation and upgrades -> Entry by application groups -> Sap Netweaver -> Sap Netweaver -> Sap Netweaver 04 - > Installation and Upgrades.
