re: IDOC error message

Please help me with this error message when processing IDOC.

Message no.AM034 : An address has already been created for this handle.

I have checked the sales order and delivery, and there is no duplication.

Can anyone tell what is this error message means?

Hi ,

The IDOC is inbound or outbound IDOC .

if it is inbound idoc means you have to check the masterdata

details everything is maintained correctly or not.

Hi,

This is inbound idoc, and I have checked the master data, it seems to be fine.

There is another idoc with same master data details, and it went through successfully.

Only this idoc get stuck with the above error AM034.

Please help.

Can you please give us some more details, like at what time u are getting this error (Inbound / Outbound), what type of Idoc you are using, etc, so that we can try to give some better solution.
