Hello

Content conversion is used in the sender file adapter to convert text files to req. XML structures .This can be used vice versa also.

Addtion to Shabarish's reply: content conversion can be used in file adapter and jms adapter.

and It can be used for both sender side and receiver side.

Content conversion is used in the sender file adapter to convert text files to req. XML structures and in the receiver file adapter for the vice versa.

Hi,

the content conversion is used when you are using the Text file eaither in source or target and you need to pass the values of the field's of source structure to the specified target structure's fields..
