over delivery

hi friends !!!!!

if i create sales order for quantity 100 and when i create delivery for that order , at the time of delivery if change both quantity that is delivery quantity and picking quantity more that 100 e.g 500 then system allow me to do that and creat invoice also for quantity of 500

i don't want that

system should not allow to create delivery more that respective quantity

where i do setting

points will reward

Hi

You can access it in 0VLP and just double click on your Item category and in the next screen you can see the option CHECK OVERDELIVERY(in 'Quantity' area) and it has three options as below.,

Blank - No Dialog

A - Note about the situation

B - Situation rejected with an error message

i try that but for t.cde 0vlp when i select ZTAN then there is no tab for magnifying lens means i can not go in detail

can u send me screen shot or something ??

and i try vov7 also there is no tab or field mention quantity as u mention

Dear hanumant

Go to [0vlp (zero VLP),] select your item category and click on magnifying lens on top. Now under the tab "Quantity", you can see a field "Check overdelivery". There if you want to have error message without proceeding further, maintain "B" and save.
