Dear All,

How can we make the setting for blocking the sales order as soon as it is posted. Further t-code to view the blocked sales order and release the same.

HI Vikram...

If you want to block the sales document type then you can do it via VOV7.

In case you want to block a sales order you can do with OVAL. If you want to do carry out credit checking and block the order means... check the Tcode OVA8...

To release the sales order you can do via T.code VKM1 ,

To view the documents released VKM2

To release both sales and delivery docuements VKM4

To view SD documents blocked for billing check via V23

To view SD documents blocked for delivery check via VA14L

Hello Vikram,

You can set default Block (Delivery) in the Order type Configuration T.Code VOV8.

And Once you create Sales Order You can use the T.Code VA14L to list the blocked Sales Orders and you can Navigate to Sales Order to release

You would be maintain sales Document Block in VOV8 for respective document then your document to be block.

u can see the blocked sales order for credit in vkm4 t-code the list says these orders are blocked for delivery.
