Changing the domain name of the server

Hi Experts,

Could anyone please tell me the steps for changing the domain of the server. i want to change it from mysap.XYZ.com to mysap.XXX.YYY.ZZZ.com.

i have changed it and cprojects doesn't seem to work in portal. i tried to open a standalone page of cprojects and it works just fine. Please let me know how can this be acheived.

Hello all,

My issue has been solved. I just needed to go to system administration -> system configuration and create a new system making sure that the following fields are populated correctly.

application host : XXX.YYY.ZZZ

logon method : SAPLOGONTICKET

remote host type : 3

sap client : 100 (or as applicable)

sap id : XXX

sap system number :XX

system type : SAP_R3

user administration protocol : http

user mapping type : admin,user

web as host name : XXX.YYY.ZZZ:port number of R3 server

web as protocol : http
