Difference between Q1,Q2 Q3 and F1,F2,F3 Notification

Hi QM masters

Can anybody explain me the difference between the Q1,Q2,Q3 and F1,F2,F3 notification types?

Hi Mohan,

F1,F2,F3 all are Book the Notification through Inspection lot that is means automatic notification.

Q1,Q2,Q3 for Create manual notification with respect to concern document.

As per my understanding Q1,Q2 and Q3 is used for complaint against customer,Vendor and internal problem report.

F1,F2 and F3 are used for defect recording for the respective quality notification .
