Hi,
Ca anyone give me following scenarios...i mean in which situations each is applicable?
1. Sal or to invoive
2. delivery to invoice
3. sal or to delivery
4.invoice to sal or
5.order to order
if i have missed any other combination kindly add it

1) Sale Order to Invoice
When there is no physical movement of material in that case, you can go for this scenario. Example, in case of contracts, consulting etc.
2) Dely to Invoice
Once physically you move the materials from the origin to destination or from one place to another, in that case, you have to generate delivery related invoice
*3) Sale Order to delivery*
It is similar to point no.2. Whenever you want to despatch any material, you have to create sale order and against this sale order, delivery and invoice will be generated
4) Invoice to Sale Order
In case of returns from customer, you need to create a return sale order referencing the origin invoice
5) Order to Order
When you want to copy the datas from Inquiry to Quotation, Quotation to Sale Order, you need to maintain the respective copy controls
