Contract not being Created in Backend

Hello Experts.

Recently we had a ECC restart, and ever since the system came back, SRM is not creating contracts in ECC anymore.

The BLAORD03 IDOCs are not being created anymore, and I have searched for any hints in SM21, SM59, WE21 and it all looks fine.

Does anyone know where should I check if this creation is baing at least tried? Because I have not found not even an error regarding to this IDOC creation.

Any help?

Please goto transaction SMQ1 in SRM and check if there are any blocked queue entries for GOA. Please reactivate them if any. This should solve the problem.

Check with SM58, do you have any blocked messages in tRFC.
