No authorization

Hi friends,

I need help as one of SAP users is trying a transaction IR01 to Create a Work center he gets a error message that he is not authorised to create a work center where as in he can access the transaction

when i tried su53 i got this message

authorization object T-DR68001100

PROFILE :T-DR680011

ROLE Z:PM

AUTHORIZATION FIELD : AP_ART

i tried to do a comparision with a role where the difference was in this role this field has ' ' and the other which can create has *

i dnt knw how to solve this problem please guide

Hi,

It appears that user has given display authorization only. You need to assign proper activities.

Activity assigned decides what type of authorization the user will have. For example:

01 -

---

Create or generate

02 -

---

Change

03 -

---

Display
